CTVFD was dispatched to a reported vehicle accident. Route 119
South in the area of Delligatti Radiator. Upon arrival, vehicle was
inthe roadway on its side and the paitient was out of the vehicle.

| February 12 2012 2023 hours, Commercial Structure fire at Mystic Mountain Ski Resort, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa |
CTVFD was dispatched to assist Farmington VFD on a working
commercial structure fire at Mystic Mountain Ski Resort. Upon
arrival first units made entry and attempted to extinguish the fire.
The large fuel supply and strong winds quickly forced the interior
units to evacuate as the fire quickly spread. An exterior attack
was established. The fire spread rapidly and the entire resort was
quickly engulfed. The lodge was completely lost. CTVFD was
initially dispatched for RIT and responded in the Flying Squad.
Truck 4 and Tanker 1 were additionally requested and dispatched
to the scene.

working commercial structure fire at the Mill Run United Methodist
Church. Upon arrival first units made entry and attempted to
extinguish the fire. The fire spread rapidly and interior units were
evacuated. An exterior attack was established. Fire surpression
was hampered by a steel roof and the collapse of the second
division into the first division. CTVFD was dispatched for a
station response. Engine 2, Truck 4 and Tanker 1 responded to
